A new experience opens our Ostatu doors, and we want to invite you to participate. With SUA Basque Fusion, led by Gorka Arrieta, we are embarking on an enogastronomic journey featuring a 6-course gourmet pintxos menu, paired with a carefully selected assortment of our wines.

In Gorka Arrieta’s cuisine, every ingredient tells a story; each creation is an expression of his culinary journey where the product, especially local produce, is the connecting thread. SUA Basque Fusion reflects a chef who has transformed his love for cooking into a unique gastronomic experience for those seeking to explore new culinary horizons.
