The most iconic wineries in the viticulture sector, including ours, are part of the newly created Council of Wineries of EDA Drinks & Wine Campus. This body aims to strengthen ties between the academic world and the viticulture sector, promoting exchanging knowledge, visions, and experiences that benefit the entire industry.

Currently, the Council of Wineries of EDA is composed of highly renowned and prestigious wineries in the viticulture sector, recognized for their business trajectory. EDA Drinks & Wine Campus has enlisted these wineries to share their knowledge and experience in developing its strategic lines. Additionally, thanks to their close contact with the realities of the sector, they will provide a continuously updated perspective. The goal is for the EDA Council of Wineries to be a dynamic community, capable of incorporating new wineries in the future that represent all viticultural models.

It aims to position EDA Drinks & Wine Campus as a global and open reference in wine education, research, and culture.

EDA Drinks & Wine Campus aims to promote sustainable economic and social development through the world of beverages and wine. To achieve this, it will focus on attracting talent, offering university education and specialized master’s programs at the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences of the Basque Culinary Center, fostering entrepreneurship and innovation, and developing research that transfers knowledge to the sector with an international, comprehensive, and excellent perspective.

This pioneering international project will adopt an open perspective. From its locations in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Laguardia, and its headquarters at the Basque Culinary Center in Donostia-San Sebastián, EDA Drinks & Wine Campus will seek to transform the wine and beverage sector. It will become an international reference for innovation, providing differential value to companies in areas such as viticulture and agronomy, production, management, marketing, hospitality, and business design. All this will be carried out under principles of excellence, sustainability, and health, with a global vision and a focus on economic and social development.
